Cannot get better value in probably the most central location, adjacent to Union Square, San Francisco. While giving a kind of vintage feel, the hotel has everything to ensure comfort. Large rooms with exc...ellent staff. And of course the location can't be better

The hotel is in a great location, close to trolley stops, Macy’s and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful with how to get around. The rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. We would stay h...ere again. It was also close to public transport to go to Baseball. There is no restaurant but they offer a voucher with 20% discount for nearby cafe for breakfast.

We loved our stay here! We stayed 2 nights. The location was great. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Stephanie in particular was fantastic and so friendly. We arrived late at night and she was so helpfu...l. Would definitely recommend and we'll stay again!

I expected a 3* which I was happy about, but the first room I was offered smelt terrible, the hallway smelt like urine, and so I went and complained and asked for another room. They accommodated and gave m...e another room, but the smell in the hallway was awful and remained for the duration of my trip. The hotel is old and the floor boards creaked from the upper floor above me, so it was unpleasantly loud and disturbing in the mornings. The room itself was okay, the bed was comfy, the heating didn’t work, and San fran is and can be cold and windy. The gym is not a gym, it’s got a few treadmills and some weights, very basic. The location is great and in walking distance of the station and the main department stores and shops. Staff were great, and that was good to see, but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again, it was just of a poor standard for me.

Very clean room, and very well designed, friendly staff and felt safe in the hotel. Close to public transport. Very friendly staff. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room to move around. Staff and... amenities were awesome, highly recommended.
