In general hotel was old but the room was ckean and nice, my big dissapointmet went to the breackfast, especialy for the waiter, he brought cold coffee (expected warm), forget about my silverware, i have t...o ask 3 times about butter hi only brought wneh i finished my breakfast, i asked him to warm potato, bc it was cold as well, he brought potato super hot, I couldnt even eat, and more frustrated the TIP was already inclueded in my bill, i want to decide by myself how much i want to give. Will I come back to this hotel? Definitely No.

The hotel was well located, which was convenient for our week-long summit with Twitch. However, I was assigned room 718, which was noticeably smaller than the rooms given to other team members who checked ...in after me. My room also didn’t have a full-body mirror like theirs did, and I had to request one at reception (thankfully, they provided it). The bathroom was quite noisy, and I could hear everything going on in the corridors, which made it hard to fully relax. On a positive note, the lounge bar was nice. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

If you plan to stay in the Union Square area, please stop thinking about booking this hotel and just do it. You will not regret it! It is in the perfect location with the most amazing staff and management.... I promise you will not regret making this decision!

Good bed Confortable. Room is correct The attention of the crew also very correct Ideal location , very in the heart of the City I would come back and recomend the hotel for sure. Did not ...like the flowers of the lobby though….than you for everything!

Everything was well beyond expectations. The room was tidy, staff was kind and respectful, the location of the hotel is central. The hotel was recently renovated, but you can smell history in the details. ...Rooms are clean, no dust enywhere, not common in hotels in SF.
