I had a smooth check in with luggage storage/delivery. Amenities of water bottles in room upon arrival were greatly appreciated. The decor is fantastic in the lobby and room. The bedding was extremely co...mfortable. Housekeeping replenished items when needed. Good location. Downside is parking/pricing so I would avoid having a car. Cable car along street is nice to access.

I do not recommend this hotel. It's very old, room smelled of dust and the staff was rude and not helpful. They also charged me an extra night on my card that was supposed to be used for incidentals. Hotel... was booked for me for a conference where I was presenting by the organizers.

This was such a comfy and relaxing hotel, deep in the heart of San Fran. Get as high a floor as you can for both the view and the sounds of the city. Walking distance to so many attractions. The food is ...outstanding. But also a Starbucks just outside the door.

Tony greeted us and checked us in. His customer service was excellent! Very nice and easy check in, informed us of the bar and restaurant offerings. 12/10 perfect way to start our vacation. He gave us two... drink tickets when we checked in. Appreciate it! Thanks Tony!

The Beacon Grand is a beautiful hotel with a rich history. It's a great location as well (right at the center of everything!) The staff are wonderful and beyond accommodating. We were on our honeymoon an...d were offered a very affordable upgrade. We loved it.
