I visited the hotel in November 2024 and May 2025. Although the experience in 2025 was better than 2024 I would like to express my disappointment with a few things I noticed during both visits: November 2...024 - the service at hurricane hole before the pass ends is poor. I felt like food was deliberately stalled and served at 5pm so that nothing else could be ordered . I experienced this for both visits. PLEASE WORK ON THIS! - when I visited in November 2024, I stayed at the lower level pool and the service was so poor , you would request drinks from the staff and it was NEVER delivered. In May 2025 we stayed upstairs by the pool area so that we wouldn’t have the same experience , I still found myself going to the bar and food areas asking what was going on with my orders. - overall , the quality of the food was better in November 2024. Breakfast in May 2025 was great but lunch and the experience in hurricane hole was not the best ,Not sure if the preparation was rushed. - I must acknowledge rasheeda for the excellent customer service she gave to us at breakfast on May 18 2025 (. I think a few other staff members can learn something from her). - in November 2024, my daughter received a decorated plate with cake for her birthday . I was told that nothing could have been done for my husband in 2025 , for the price I think that at least something could have been done for my husband, I was disappointed. The hotel is beautiful but I’m as of now , I dont think I will not return or recommend this hotel to other persons.

Such an incredibly relaxing environment. Our waitress, Alison and Nadine and Malcolm were amazing. The restaurant manager Sholar was outstanding! Housekeeping, however, was inconsistent. And while the st...aff was accommodating, they did not do a good job of anticipating needs. They did do a great job of getting a very tough stain on my pants.

The staff are amazing! They exercised hospitality on an excellent level. The food at each of the resort restaurants was good, especially the island buffet featuring St. Lucian treats. Our friends trip was ...restful and fun filled. The tour to sulfur springs with Joy Tours was the highlight of our stay! Thank you Zoëtry for a job well done!????

The best part of the day was relaxation and contentedness to our needs. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of every restaurant and the food was delicious. The joy tour was i...ncredible! We had an amazing time here.

I visited this hotel in May as a couple and overall I would say that my stay was great. I enjoyed the food and drinks especially the view from 1461. I would like to give special recognition to the F&B mana...ger Mr. Mann the supervisor Renata as well as Alison the bartender and Hilda for their excellent service. I would definitely be back !
