Where do I start. Zoetry has really been home away from home. Once you arrive, they have cold towels and cold rum punch waiting for you. You’re greeted with warm hospitality and everything is taken care ...of hand and foot. We booked our excursions with Ella at concierge. It was so nice to finally meet her in person after multiple emails before our honeymoon. Soon as me and my wife saw her we hugged her. She was so inviting and she responded so quickly before our arrival. The staff here at Zoetry made us feel like family here, from our butler Rochel who was always near and helped us out a lot thank you. The pool and restaurant staff provide top tier service from our girl Rashida aka Ra who we absolutely love! Also both Allison’s at the main pool and restaurant were lovely and Lawrence whose smile and energy was a vibe! And Karla who helped us get the party started on the sunset cruise. We know there are folks we are missing but everyone was great. Best service we ever received during a trip. And not to mention the food was amazing the St. Lucian breakfast was my favorite dish and creole night that macaroni pie I was loving all of it. Zoetry is a very secluded area which was fine with us for our honeymoon. You can’t beat the views every morning waking up looking at the mountain and sunset and beautiful water. Also don’t be discouraged if you see it’s raining the whole week. It does a quick shower then the sun comes out and dries everything up like nothing even happened. We will 100% be back to Zoetry in St. Lucia.

Sholar, Nicholas, Hilda, Nadine, Malcolm, Sean, Alison 1 & Alison 2, Alethea, Chef John; Concierge - Ella & Della; Spa - Cindy, Evelyn; Wellness / Fitness - Markheem, including UVC staff - Dayne, Kamar, Zo...e have been also wonderful and so very welcoming. They made our 3rd stay in St. Lucia another memorable one celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary.

Best customer service … amazing stay as usual. They go above and beyond to take care of every little thing you may ask for. Nothing is ever too much. Housekeeping came as often as we needed especially... with a toddler and the butlers are beyond amazing..

The hotel is stunning (luxury tree house vibes) but be prepared to walk stairs wherever you go. The rooms are clean however you may see occasional insects (ants). The staff are amazing and very hospitable.... The food was delicious. Didn’t care too much for the buffet dinners. Very quiet at night. My only complaint is how early everything closes down. Pool closes at 6pm, and transportation to and from beach closes at 5pm. You’re in a bay so be prepared when down at the bay to smell it. Overall this place was a good time and I’m glad we came for our honeymoon. My husband I chose to rent a car to have freedom to see the island when and wherever we wanted. If you’re comfortable with narrow and windy roads with locals speeding around you I’d suggest getting a rental. We used points from credit card and put them toward our Hyatt rewards and was able to use all points towards our stay. I feel it is reasonably priced.

I love every thing about my room. Double sink, bathtub, pool etc We were celebrating a birthday and the room was decorated lovely. Fully stocked refrigerator with beers and more. Service was a little slow ...for food but overall I had a great time
