Sandals La Toc is an hour from the airport. When you arrive you are given the warmest welcome, a cold flannel, a song and a cold drink starts your visit. We had no problems booking restaurants, some wait t...imes were longer than others so we went out and ate earlier in the evening to avoid the waits. The pool area is busy, plenty of towels, sun loungers are a struggle unless you are up early, again no problem for us as we are early risers. By far the biggest asset to this hotel are some of their staff. What can we say about Ray ? She is amazingly helpful, kind and caring. Ray was super helpful to us during our stay. Vernisha ALWAYS had a smile on her face and a drink in her hand for us, Merlinda too , a smile and so helpful. Will we go back ? We hope too yes, do we hope Ray is still there, yes we do !

We had high expectations when we booked La Tok, the internet vidio/ photos looked amazing! This was our first time at a Sandals resort, and we believed the Sandals means luxury reputation would be true. On... arrival our first impressions were unfortunately not what we expected. Our room was not as we thought we had booked, and the pool was packed with mostly empty sun beds, reserved by towels. The whole resort looks tired, and some parts run down. We had left over food left outside the room next to ours for a day, and there were always glasses, empty bottles and plates around the corridor. Some of the staff were rude, but most were really lovely. Hyacinth, in the buffet restaurant was absolutely lovely, she couldn’t do enough for us. And Raul, the buffet manager too. Our favourite restaurant was Neptunes, where Paulette was lovely, and the food was amazing. I had to get up at 5.30 every morning to get a sun bed with a parasol, as they were all reserved by guests who had butler’s! This was annoying to say the least, and when I asked about it I was told that next time we go to a Sandals resort, get a butler! I must say that Terry Felix, the manager was really good with dealing with our complaints and would like to thank him for his understanding.

Best experience I’ve had at a restaurant!! Amazing service amazing chef!! Most laughs I’ve had in a long time. 5 star service Shout out to Jean Claude for a great time. He was the highlight of our stay he...re. We really enjoyed Kimonos and the hibachi.

Kimonos was great. The food was delicious, flavorful and fun! Our chef, Jean-Claude, made our night! Games, jokes, skill, anazing! Our entire table left full, with sides sore from laughter. We highly recom...mend a night at Kimonos! 5 stars!

Crystal clear water , beautiful beaches , the staff is truly amazing . You want pass anyone that doesn’t say good morning , how is your trip . We choose to have the butler room . Charles , Kyle and Kascy w...ent above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The manger was so personable and engaging he truly wants to hear your experience. Great trip ! 100 % recommend.
