Myers and Darius at the hibachi restaurant are AMAZING! They are so kind, patient, positive, and incredible hospitality. We were laughing through dinner the entire time. We had so much fun and enjoyed this so much. Best food at the resort. Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing time! Charles the butler took very good care of us at the pool. Brought us pizza, drinks, and ice cream! The games by the pool were entertaining, all of the restaurants and food was so delicious and top tier, our room was always clean and tidy, and the customer service was great where ever we went. I would 100% come back to this resort and will recommend it :)

My husband and I came to Sandals Regency La Toc for our honeymoon, and we could not have had a better experience. The staff was absolutely amazing and we could not make this review without mentioning Charles. Charles went above and beyond to ensure that we had anything and everything we needed. He went out of his way to bring us champagne, bakery items, drinks, ice cream, and more. He truly enhanced our first Sandals experience and we could not be happier. We traveled with two other couples to this resort. The food was average. The service was slow. The resort was dirty and several places had a dank musty smell to them. A window in our building was busted out. Good luck finding a chair unless you pay for the butler service (in fairness we did not). Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating but several ruined it for us. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. For the price we expected so much more however.
