Great hotel, stated here for three nights. Clean, close to the beach and if you stop at the bar ask for Dunkin. Best bartender! Knows all the hot spots, makes a great Old Fashioned, and is funny. The hotel does have a small pool and is a few blocks from the beach.

If you are considering staying at this hotel, do yourself a favor and book it, you won't be disappointed. From the moment our driver dropped us off, we were greated by the valet staff. They told us where to go to check in. Our room wasn't ready as we got there so early but we were able to leave out bags with the valet team and off to the beach we went. The beach is 3 blocks away but it's maybe a 5-7 min walk as I'm not a fast walker. Tameka at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and overlooked the marina. We enjoyed the pool area every day. There are loungers and tables & chairs throughout the pool deck. We also went to the rooftop bar for food and drinks one night and I'm not going to lie, it was alittle pricey but delicious. Every time we left/returned to the hotel, the valet staff always greeted us and offered us waters. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants, a bank and shopping. Can't wait to return.

Fab hotel, only 3 yrs old. All amenities look like new. Perfect location. The whole experience at this hotel, straight from the valet parking, check in and comp room upgrade - excellent. Beautiful rooftop bar and view - reasonable prices. Pool area is also v nice.

This is a bit long but worth the read ~ I am a Gold Marriott member and I can tell you three excellent things about this Courtyard 1. Location was amazing 2. The view from our room was amazing 3. The size of our room was amazing Now what and why we felt this is not a standard Marriott Courtyard 1. We paid for the biggest room they offered it was a 2 room suite there was no clock in the bedroom and the living room had two small chairs and one oversized no couch so watching TV to rest for a bit was out of the question. Tons of empty space in the living room. 2. We had two queen beds they started us out with 3 bath towels one wash cloth and one hand towel ???? Not even enough had to ask two days in a row for towels. 3. The in room coffee pot was a joke seriously if they paid $5 they overpaid it is a single cup plastic piece of crap that did not work more then it is and once again not enough coffee ~ cups ~ and they had packets of dry creamer not liquid???? 4. The fridge they sat on the counter top??? Fridge was very small and we had to keep hitting the refresh button every 2 hours to keep it chilled. 5. Never any ice on any floors 6. Housekeeping never came had to call for basic stuff like bed made take away used towels and clean trash 7. Tried to enjoy the pool 2x and was unable they only have I think 12 to 15 loungers 8. All staff seemed like they did not want to be there. My husband had to go to the bar to get ice and the bartender said he wanted to quit tonight as a guest was rude to him (I can see why this hotel can be sooo much more) 9. We to the roof bar waited for 15 minutes and no service walked out 10. My husband and I ordered each a beer at the lobby bar and the bar tender puts two cans on the counter and never offers to open them up ~ that was personally a first for me. The Hilton across the street on the beach is ALOT nicer from the outside and the pool area. We are long time Marriott members and try to stay at Marriotts where ever we go but for the money we paid it totally was a HUGE disappointment.

Wanted an overnight get-away from Tampa. Great experience. Princess at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. She was patient and very great with my daughter. Valet folks were great. Room was very big- was not expecting such a big room on the beach. Every side of the hotel has great views. Walkable to so many cute places and close enough to the beach to make it an easy walk with a few items. Enjoyed our stay - will be sure to stay a few days next time.
