The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. There was a server at breakfast who was simply wonderful. Upstairs the guy in charge of the lounge area named Roy was just fantastic. The hotel staff w...ere always very friendly and professional. I would highly reccomend staying there.

Everything you'd expect from a Hyatt Regency! Clean hotel with comfy beds and welcoming staff. The location made walking to the waterfront, theatre, and the baseball stadium easy. Lots of restaurants clo...se by too. Great rooftop pool! I'd come back.

Stayed for two nights , arrived really late just gone midnight and was checked in nice and quickly, gave us a couple of bottles of water which was really nice of them , staff really friendly and helpful, g...ood buffet breakfast and they were really helpful to us as we had an early train to catch so helped us to eat and get sorted quickly before we checked out. Didn’t eat in the hotel only the breakfast, we ate at the Elephant and castle which was really value and good beer . The bar area in the hotel was a little disappointing with only one draught beer compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in .

I was impressed by the service of Hyatt Regency Toronto last year when I first visited Toronto. I stayed one night and feel truly welcomed by the whole team. This year, I stayed for two nights, and the exp...erience exceeded my expectations again. Generally speaking, the customer service of this hotel is the valuable asset of this property. The team is always polite, patient and caring about my needs. The way they handle my request really makes me feel I have been treated decently. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Had a great stay with my family at the Hyatt Regency! Check-in was effortless, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was as expected. Josh at the front desk was so kind - she provided ...my kids with fish food to feed the lobby fish!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
