End of Summer back to school AWESOME STAY
DouMau (Virginia Beach, Virginia) on Aug 24, 2024
This is has been a big Summer of travel for my 12 year old Son. We finalized the Summer with a trip to Toronto and a Blue Jays game. Our inconsistency in air travel led us to driving from Virginia Beach. The hotel is very accessible and check in was easy. Our room on the 15th floor had a city view and perfect. Parking is $40CAD. We walked the city and had a great time. We will be back.

Customer service was excellent. Great location. Onsite parking with extended (4pm) check out from parking garage, allowing you to spend more time downtown without paying for addiitonal parking. Overall great experience.
Great customer service and clean and modern hotel.

Location is exceptional. Right in the entertainment district with plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and modern and staff seemed very eager to ensure I had a great stay.

Super hotel in a fantastic location, we were able to walk to all the major Toronto sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel, the rooftop pool was a great bonus.
Expensive for low budget rooms

Check in was fast and easy Staff was as expected considering I only spoke to them at check in and out … not really much to say about them, they were great and I’m sure would have been if I needed to contact them I was basically disappointed with the price of the room and the view they gave after I upgraded to high floor with what I was told to be a great view I had a view of portapotties and the bottom of the lounge patio where anytime I opened the curtains I had people looking directly in at me For the price of that room I figured I wouldn’t have been placed somewhere a little more classy Bed was very worn in and uncomfortable along with damp floors that turned your socks a different colour with every sticky step
