Great Experience at Blue Haven

Our stay at Blue Haven was fantastic. The staff are so nice. Pedro was phenomenal and took great care of us at the restaurants and on the beach. Shaneka the manager came and made sure we were well taken ca...re of several times. It’s a beautiful resort with great rooms and views. We hope to be back soon!
Small and intimate resort
vicky d (Glasgow, United Kingdom) on May 05, 2025
Just spent 6 nights in two bedroom suite at his hotel. The hotel grounds and main area are spotlessly clean. The suite was lovely and huge with all amenities needed including stocked fridge, washing machi...ne, dryer, iron etc We had a wonderful balcony also. Only slight issue is there is construction work to side of the hotel which is where our balcony faced which would have been good to know in advance given $$ we paid to stay here. Works were supposed to start at 10am but on two occasions this was 6am which we advised the manager. It didn’t impact our holiday but perhaps some fore warning or something complimentary would have been nice touch. The beach area is small but everything we needed. The sun beds are not as comfortable as I would expect from this standard of hotel. However they have bali beds which are a lot easier on your back! The food was good quality but menu didn’t change enough. More variety needed at dinner. This is a quiet resort and we thought a little more up beat entertainment would make this hotel perfect. The staff were in main very friendly and hard working and big shout out to Cadet and Micheal who worked very hard to ensure we were both well looked after. Bens on water sports was excellent guide for clear kayak tour also. One or two of the female staff were quite abrupt and pointed to gratuity in unfriendly manner. Some training that a more pleasant manner should equate to better tips is recommended. The shuttle to the sister resort is great and we used for change of scene. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want more of a chill holiday.
