The waiter- Arnoldo? in restaurant was awesome!!! They need to put some variety in their menu. Same 6 dishes everyday is quiet boring. Activities booked through hotel desk were unreliable and did not show up on time. Staff , other than the waiter in restaurant were plain, not excited to have you and not much courteous.

My family - wife plus 2 kids, stayed at BH during June 2024. First off, resort is well kept and ocean is beautiful. Everything else is very mediocre. The negative review stems from the false advertisement as we spent 1,800 p/night for an "ocean front" suite, but the room was overlooking the parking lot. Would caution any rooms on the "x15" side of the hotel as the main room will be overlooking the parking lot. If you're going to spend that much money, I would consider going somewhere else. There were loads of flies at every restaurant and you could not enjoy a meal without being nuanced by flies and also the mosquitos. There might be one restaurant that is indoors with AC, so if you don't like eating in a hot environment, this hotel is not for you. Also, for an all inclusive, would have thought there would be better snacking options, but they have a little snack stand with potato chips, apples, water and coffee and not much else. Don't think I'll ever be going back here based on the quality and cost.

From the time we step foot off the shuttle from the airport our experience was Awesome. The staffed made you feel so welcome. It was a beautiful oasis that can not be explained unless you visit the island yourself. Nattalee at the poolside bar was by far the best mixologist, she kept the drinks flowing for us. The entertain at the pool with Coco, Nica, and Smiley was the best, Thumper is the best game to play with them. Our breakfast and dinner at Fire& Ice with Janet, Daphane, Wordolf, and chef Shawn was beyond excellent. We also had a great dinner at Salt with Patricia as our waitress she made our late night dinners so much fun! Overall I would recommend this resort over and over again.

Amazing experience! Staff was incredible from the moment we walked in. Everything is better than we could have expected. The amenities and accommodations were beautiful. Special shoutout to Gerald, Mark, Rolodor, & Garth for the fantastic dining experiences. These guys are all-stars!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation, at the Blue Haven. We would like to thank Brianna, and all the resort staff who went above and beyond to make our trip an awesome paradise with amazing surprises. Of course I would recommend this resort to family and friends and we are definitely coming back. The hospitality, the food, the ambience and the drinks were amazing, what an experience!
