The staff were excellent in both the hotel and breakfast restaurant. They were helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the views, the balcony, the comfortable beds & the pool. Location ...is excellent! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is due to construction.

Stayed here in March with my family. I told the front desk it was my birthday and they went way above and beyond!! They upgraded us to a higher floor with gorgeous water view. We got to the room and th...ere was a lovely handwritten card and some chocolates! Big thanks to everyone here for everything! We will stay here again everytime we come to Vancouver!

Spacious well appointed room with comfortable bed and good amenities. Delicious Nespresso coffee in room as well as nice tea selection. Location is within easy walking distance of many sites. Nice restaura...nt in hotel for breakfast but near many other restaurants. Would stay here again.

Location is very central and spectacular for exploring downtown Vancouver. Lobby has some seating, microwave, and water fill station. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment. Some noise was hear...d as Robson is undergoing construction and the hotel itself is being renovated. However, we were not bothered. Our room was huge and very modern with an open area to hang and store clothes. A small desk and chair allowed us to work and/or use our laptops if needed. The coffee/tea station had actual glass mugs and the mini-fridge was appreciated. Our corner room on a high floor provided us with magnificent scenery during the day and incredible views at night. Toilet paper and tissue paper were soft and nice. The only con was the detergent used on the towels and bedding were of a powerful kind as both my husband and I left with very itchy rashes (we have sensitive skin and eczema).

My friend and I stayed at Blue Horizon for the Eras Tour in December of 2024. The hotel and staff really went above and beyond to make our experience so memorable and one we'll never forget! The entire sta...ff was so welcoming and kind! They played only Taylor Swift in the elevator 4 nights/5 days we were there! It was like a little party every time you rode the elevator... They truly brought guests together with that little touch! It was so fun to see everyone's reactions to the music during the ride up or down. They also made us friendship bracelets and put them in our room with cookies... However, they weren't just any cookies... They had made Taylor's Chai Sugar cookies but labeled them "Blue Horizon's Version". Any Taylor fan has to genuinely appreciate what they did there! I can't say enough about how polite, kind, helpful, courteous, happy, and outgoing the staff was. Everyone we interacted with was just so lovely. Our room was very cozy. We had a corner room, with a wonderful view and lots of space, with a desk for working or making friendship bracelets... Onsite parking was easily accessible, safe, and very reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is 10/10. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. Lots of great restaurants, stores, within walking distance. I cannot recommend Blue Horizon enough! Stay here and you will not be disanointed! I can't wait to come back and visit Vancouver and have another epic stay at Blue Horizon!
