This hotel is fantastic! I stayed there in December 2024 to attend Taylor Swift's final Eras Tour shows. The hotel staff was SO friendly, and their personal Swiftie touches were so very appreciated, from being greeted with Swift-inspired chai cookies and friendship bracelets when I arrived, to playing her music in the elevator throughout the weekend. I don't mean to make this all about Taylor Swift but the attention to detail they paid over this particular weekend, I have NO doubt that they use this level of customer service throughout the year. The pool/hot tub was great and there is also a gym although I did not use that lol. The restaurant food was delicious, the beds super comfy, and the overall hotel decor was modern and inviting. Hotel is in a great spot on Robson Street, and I walked to everything from here. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights in a room with a balcony and spectacular views. The hotel location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and transportation. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, but no restaurant. The lobby is the least attractive part of the hotel.

The hotel was very accommodating of me needing to add an extra day onto my stay. We flew in for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel had friendship bracelets and cookies waiting in the room for us. The view was amazing and the room was way nicer than I was expecting. Overall a 10/10 and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Vancouver. It's also in a nice area and tons of food and shops around.

Great location, thankful for the online check in option, room was comfortable and we appreciated the robes and slippers. Extra perk is that it’s a pick up/drop off spot for the free Capilano Suspension Bridge shuttle, which saved us some time and energy. Thanks for providing a nice home base!

Hotel was perfect. Rooms had a ton of space. Beautiful views with huge windows and balcony. Very clean and updated. I made a last minute request to change from a long bed to two queen beds and they accommodated this. The location was great with access to everything close by. Loved the special touches for The Eras Tour (cookies and friendship bracelets). I will stay here every time I visit Vancouver.
