Lost item, no help at all

We lost an item during our stay. It was just a piece of clothing that had great sentimental value, nothing expensive at all. They are not responding to my email and say that there’s absolutely nothing they... can do to help on the phone. A shame. It’s not like we’re asking for money or something, just some signs that you at least tried to help us find our stuff back.

We had fun and able to relax. We had a chance to use the hot tub and sauna. I believe cleanliness is one of their most priority because it’s spotless everywhere you turn. Elevators and even our own room wa...s kept clean. On our second day, housekeeping made sure our beds were straightened up and bathroom was spotless. They also made sure to refill our supplies. It was raining on those days too & there were no umbrellas on the rack in the lobby so I asked the desk person. She was so friendly and even asked how many do I need. We tried the Italian restaurant too. Foods were so good and service was excellent too. I highly recommend this hotel and we’re for sure going back! What a wonderful experience we had. Excellent place, friendly people and close to a lot of other restaurants and venues!
