Comfortable and convenient to downtown and cruise ship dock.

We stayed here the night before getting on our cruise to Alaska. We chose this hotel for its proximity to both the Canada Line station and the cruise ship dock at Canada Place. It was also very handy for... shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable, with no street noise, and a nice view of the little cathedral across the street. The only criticism I have is that the coffee shop in the lobby is a Starbucks.

We prefer Hyatt hotels. This hotel in Vancouver has a great location, a couple of blocks from Canada Place if you are going on a cruise. Overall experience was good and connecting rooms was a plus. Custome...r service experience, however, wasn't as expected.
