I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, bedding was a bit noisy. The conference rooms were easy to find and elevators were effective in getting everyone in and out in a timely fashio...n. The staff was very helpful and timing of the room cleaning worked out well while I was there. Looking forward to my next stay.

Great location for our large meeting. Rooms were comfortable and very clean and the staff were very attentive. It was very convenient staying on site to be able to pop up to my room in between meetings. Lo...cation is perfectly situated right in the middle of downtown, close to great restaurants and shopping.Will definitely be back.

We were upgraded without charge and had excellent housekeeping and check-in service. Parking was on site and the hotel is very central to lots of restaurants and shopping. The outdoor hot tub and pool were... a treat, even in the cool weather. My only issue for the entirety of my stay would be that the elevators during conference peak times were quite slow, and there were no non-gendered bathrooms besides handicapped. Great stay overall!

Even though this hotel is huge and Hyatt Regency isn't my favorite Hyatt brand, I loved how amazing the team was. Our server during breakfast was very kind and polite. The check-in process was smooth. We w...ere offered late check-out proactively, which I appreciated. Excellent location and I would stay at this hotel again in the future. The housekeeping staff was on it and did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy.

We had a late night arrival and the staff was welcoming, starting with the valet and also with the registration desk. We were upgraded to a corner room that was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the... restaurant was buffet style with great service. Great location to walk to the waterfront and also is next to a subway station. Would definitely come back!
