The rooms were spacious and updated, I liked having a desk as well. Wifi is fast. Checkin is fast and all staff members I interacted with has been super nice. Two bottles of fancy Canadian water even for discoverist members is a pleasant surprise.

Excellent accommodation, everything you need nearby, an easy walk to the congress center and excellent restaurants in the center

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Cruise port. if that Although I will say it is uphill and if you have a lot of luggage you may want to wait 45 minutes for a Cab. The rooms and customer service are outstanding. Front desk, we didn't have to wait until check in. Concierge, very knowledgeable and helpful. Rental car desk, very helpful. Excellent customer service. Was very pleased with our stay here. The room is very spacious and has a refrigerator. Big bathroom. There are plenty of restaurants. There is a walkway by the Cruise port again, just go out hotel to left and it is a nice area to walk with plenty of places to eat and drink. Also the other way plenty of restaurants and even a market about 5 minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again.

You can hear everything from the rooms - cars on the street, neighbors TVs. Guest services response was "we are in the city, can't do anything about it"
