Well I am a member and paid 540.00can for 1 night room was not very special needs maintenance throughout room 503 king suite .Well even comp breakfast was not very good.So the bed had lil dudes in it and w...hen I got home 2 days later they came on my bag and got into my home.as the day before i went to vancouver I bought new bedding so I know that I got it from the hotel.this has cost me plenty to have them removed I will be cancelling my award program and finding another place to start staying at

The Best Service. The Hotel Was Quiet, Friendly, & Perfect. The Hilton Hotel Employee's & Hilton Had Given Me Everything I Would Ever Want At A Hotel. I Loved My Room & The View. The Receptionist Wa...s A Genius. I Could Easily Living Inside Of The Room I Was Given & I Would Have Wanted This To Happen.

Nope never again. No housekeeping for three days, no towels, no garbage removed and no complimentary water. There was zero service to our room. No body wash only bar soap for showers. I was very surprised... by the lack of service. I was very upset when we came back to an uncleaned room and bed not wide three days in a row.

Spent three nights in a double queen room at this hotel. The room itself was clean but felt cramped with all the furniture. It had a lingering scent, likely from cleaning the carpet, but nothing unbearable.... Beds and pillows were comfortable, which was a plus. However, the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors’ conversations and movements. The bathroom was standard, with okay water pressure but no retractable showerhead. Elevators were frustrating—only two for the entire 15-floor building. The best part of the stay was breakfast—great variety, fresh food, and well-stocked options. Also, the front desk staff was great and allowed early check-in, which was a nice touch. Would consider staying again.

My first time at this location. As close as you can get to the stadium. Staff are fast, friendly and efficient. As a business traveler, I can be demanding as I need to get things done with limited time w...indows. Staff were on the ball every step of the way. It has an odd entrance that drives can have difficulty finding, but not a big deal.
