What an amazing location with everything to see and do very close by to add to our first experience in Vancouver! With a spectacular view of Coal Harbour, we were so relaxed and comfortable during our two-...day stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodations were clean and comfy. Two of the best night's sleep I have had in a hotel! The Executive Lounge offered delicious breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. We will be back again to enjoy a restful vacation!

I love, love, love it here. It's close to everything, the water, restaurants, the chocolate store called Milk. The view is amazing from just under the top floor. The hotel staff always called me by my name.... My Marriott Robe hung from a wooden hanger and it wasn't wrinkled, I noticed and appreciate these things. When food is delivered to your room it is delivered by the person you spoke to to place your order. The restaurant on the ground floor is superb and so was my server. There is a bank literally across the street if you need currency exchange. The area is beautiful and clean. There's so much to do. I did the tour bus around the various towns. Chinatown is a little sketchy and I would not recommend it.

Location was excellent. Clean and spacious room with comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were amazing from front reception, thought to food and beverage and house staff. Everyone was s...uper helpful and friendly. Good access to transport and walking distance to majority of attractions

Omg! How is this classified as a Marriott. Maybe a Fairfield at best. The rooms are tiny like a cruise ship and super dates. Circa 1990s. As a Titanium member I thought I would get upgraded but nope.... According to the room map it was the smallest possible room. The view was nice but it’s not like I stand looking out the window. The tv was maybe a 24” screen but had not links to Netflix or other streaming channels. How is that possible in 2024? Pillows were nice and comfy. Bed was alright. The bathroom was ghetto. Still clamshell soap holders in a one foot deep tub from 1992. The shower was super compact but the hot water and pressure was good. It was nice to see a members lounge. It had a full breakfast offering and snacks. The downside is the location. You have to walk through the restaurant to find the stair case that leads you up. Would I recommend this hotel? Nope. Would I return? Not u til they fully gut the hotel and increase room sizes.

I love the bedding and customer service of all Marriott s but especially downtown Vancouver .. a lovely sty and staff service is outstanding..the decore and bedding is especially nice at this particular Ma...rriott….??BonVoy Would definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends gatherings Contestentry
