I’d just like to advise you of the outstanding service my wife and I received from your hotel a few days ago. I had inadvertently erred in the arrival date when I booked our room some months ago. In additi...on, as a result of travel delays, we arrived at the hotel at 5 am, dog tired. Your front desk staff found us a room and made sure we were able to check out late, to allow us sufficient sleep to carry on the following afternoon. In particular, your front desk employee, Stephanie, looked after sorting out the issues and arranging a solution to our predicament. On behalf of both my wife and I, please pass on our appreciation to Stephanie---she is a great asset to your business and I hope you value her commitment and service mindset as much as do we.

Airport pick up and drop off worked like a charm. Hotel room was quiet, and all the staff, especially in the restaurant, were super warm and friendly. (One of the most important things for me as a traveler....) A special shout out goes to the shuttle driver Aksh, who saved the day when one of us left behind our cell phone in the shuttle. He went head and shoulders above what most shuttle drivers would have done to get the cell phone back to us. Thank you, Aksh! Also, the gym , although popular, was worthwhile. Nice dressing rooms right off the gym entrance, complete with showers. I would stay there again in a flash!
