This hotel was great ! All the staff were very helpful and friendly - shuttle drivers, front desk, restaurant. Hotel is all around- room, pool, lobby - immaculate clean. Rooms are well stocked with amenities. Easy log on free internet Staff promptly booked our free airport shuttle for the next day and got us checked in without a fuss Restaurant is delicious - had honeycomb Panna cotta...soooo good! Pricey, but it was well appreciated! We strangely appreciated the elevators also - not sure how they kept the glass inside smudge free and loved there was no advertisement posted inside since they have a beautiful background Great job, Wall Westin Vancouver!

The staff here is truly amazing. They are so attentative, and compassionate. I was staying there due to a family emergency and their performance and attention to detail really made my trip much easier. Lisa, Min, and Alex really know the fine art of customer service. I would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.

Quick stop before the airport. This hotel was great. The fitness center is just crazy complicated to get to. Check in went well in their sleek and trendy lobby. The rooms are nice, and adequate for an overnight to the airport. The bathroom sink is a bit cramped but has a nice standup shower. The restaurant was decent and had friendly staff. The shuttle in the morning was prompt and well run.

We spent one night here in advance of our flight home the following day. Our room was wonderful. It had a wall to ceiling window so we had great views out. It was spacious and really comfortable with a superb bathroom. We received two courtesy bottle of water We had our breakfast in the hotel and, although quite pricey, was very good indeed There was a courtesy shuttle to/from the airport I'd just like to say a special thank you to Liza on Reception. She was absolutely charming, welcoming and very helpful. As real asset to the hotel

Nice clean updated hotel near some stores and restaurants. Large screen TV. Unfortunately not a smart TV. Great WIFI. Super nice staff greeted us immediately when we entered and checked us in quickly. Airport shuttle started at 0400, nice for our early flight. About 10 mins from airport. Would stay again.
