Overall the hotel is dated although not surprising in Cuba. Food was not great although the cafeteria staff were lovely. Problems with check-in and check-out. Overall would not recommend the hotel as there are others that are better and with overall better service and food. I had heard and seen good and bad reviews so wanted to give the hotel a chance. I did and will not do it again despite some lovely staff there.

I have a deposit of 13.00 for a room from 8/9/2024 to 8/12/2024. I like to pay the rest of the payment of 173.00 but I can’t find where I can pay. Need your help general manager of Barlovento my number is 800252399. Thanks. I need your help , please

Everyone is super pleasant! I honestly could not have had a greater first experience in Cuba, the hotel also doesn't allow kids, so it is so peaceful! I'm definitely coming back here every single time we go to Cuba. Some tips : -the market has the best exchange rate for your money ?? -do to shy away from talking to anyone at the hotel, every has something interesting to say. -good tips get you good quality service

Best hotel ever,staff ate very friendly and always smiling,the rooms are comfortable,and very clean,food is ok,although need more variety,all areas in gardens are really clean,definitely ill come back in no time,ill bring a friend soon and i definitely will recomend this hotel,thanks

Great vacation, first time here and I'm loving the hotel and the staff, they are the nicest people. The beach is wonderful and pina coladas all day long! Can't get better than that. Will come here again.the staff is excellent,thay are al kind and smilingly
