Have vacationed in Cuba for many years, with this being our 2nd visit to Roc Arenas and we were again, very impressed! The food, the beach, the sun, the room, and the people were all amazing. Lots of fre...sh food, clean rooms, and the service provided at the customer service desk, the a la cartes, bars and reception was great. Special thank you to Diane (beach bar) and Yasmin (room attendant- building #5) -always so friendly and helpful. See you again next year!!

Nice hotel pleasant staff i have a social request AND the public girls helped me i am very grateful they ate very dynamic.reception also did their part with good information no allá the services they prov...ide the daytime Entertainment on 17th did not come out they annnounced AND nothing ver happened the said it was a dance class that was the only thing i disagree with.there was only good music.otherwise muy family felt very good

Our first stay and it was very pleasant everything esa very nice and colorful clean hotel comfortable room 321 se loved the cocktail bar at the bohio the staff was very friendly the sea was beautiful the ...cleanlinees was outstanding and very well maintained

Gretel is awesome, and I love the staff. Everyone is very nice, great food. Awesome beach, reception are very helpful. My room is really nice and amazing, Noel is the best bohio place is nice and beautiful... picture cocktail is dilicious entertaining is perfect the. Dance and disco is perfectly

Was fortunate to spend a week here and overall it was ok/good. I knew what I was going in to and what the situation on Cuba was prior to departure, shortages, struggles etc. Took my first trip to Cuba wit...h my father, who was a loyal Be Live Turquesa guest, and when they went into renos, he found here as he knew the staff from previous. That is probably the BEST part of the trip, the staff, not one person was less than friendly and always smiling, and super helpful. I would recommend the upgrade to Roc Plus. This resort is small and the Roc Plus allows for the A La Carte meals as the buffet is very hit and miss... Shortages create the issue, but again, what the resort can control, they did excellent at. Buffet.. not great. not a huge selection and no baked goods or potatoes. mostly rice chicken and fish. There is a snack bar where you can get fries and hotdogs etc. but they sometimes ran out. Bars.. Beer always available. They ran out of ice at times but reacted very quickly. This being said, there are plenty of little bars along hte resort and the staff is always great at (what they recommend) Entertainment...sucks! They did have a band one night that was really good, but only play for an hour. In the lobby there was a piano player and a couple of others, but too loud couldn't enjoy it. The "disco" was active a couple nights, but I foudn it wasn't really advertised well. But it was enough for kids and the older adults. Being 40 and wanting atmosphere, I found I went to town a lot. during the day was nothing. Beach .. beautiful!! Overall, it was a great experience, the management team, all incredible, went above and beyond for all they could, this team is magnificent!!!.... I am an avid traveller, and this would not have been my choice of resort, however my father knew the staff (SHOUTOUT TO THE LADIES IN Cafe Natura) so we stayed here... again, when this resort was in it's prime, what a spot!!! It is now, like many struggling, however, for a smaller, resort, staff were incredible at what they could provide and in their control. Thank you to the staff , Cuba has the best people!!
