Been to Cuba 15 times & Varadero more than 7x, this was by far the worst resort I have stayed. Rooms: disgusting, same towels, bed sheets, cockroaches, ants food: finish after 15 min, same food everyday drinks: run short everyday No beach towels at all

This is as bad as it can get!!! In my 15 times in Cuba, I haven't seen a hotel that terrible!!! And we go to Cuba for long weekends frequently, so we were there just 3 months ago in a different hotel!!! Let's break it down: We were 5 people staying for 4 days, me and my wife we got beach towels, the remaining 3 didn't! And they wouldn't replace our dirty towels at all .. we had the same dirty towels for 4 days... Our friends had none!!! Imagine!!! Beach with no towels!!! The food... You have to go for lunch and dinner right at opening time (first 15 mins only) otherwise there is no food left! And they don't refill!!! And even the first 15 mins, the quantity and variety were very very limited!!! Drinks: they have just white Rum and gin, but nothing to mix with except sprite and cola!!! One night they even ran out of Rum!!! For 4 days, we barely had few drinks!!! Night time: too many mosquitos...it's unbearable! I have been in Varadero in summer before, and it wasnt like that! They should spray around!!! Snack bar had bread with ham, and very very rarely cheese... And no drinks!!! So at night if you want a drink with a bite of food, you can have that by walking around 10 mins!!!! Entertainment: less than zero! There was nothing!!! Just two nights they did lousy karaoke, and that's it... Even the nightclub they shut it down!!! Service: it's the first time I see that employees in Cuban resort are that rude!!! They were soo rude, even though we kept tipping with each drink we take!!!! Like overly rude!!!! It didn't feel like we were in Cuba!!!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff especially customer service Deysi ,Mayelin this person give us better holiday and royal service and everything is our satisfaction holiday ,the people from this hotel is very friendly and it is give us better service royal

I have really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the service was excellent and with the quality deserved as well as the wonderful attention of its workers, the rooms are always very clean as well as the common areas, we are very grateful for the wonderful welcome we have had , thanks to Yas for always being attentive and concerned, and yuya for being the best entertainer in the place.

The service and people there are very friendly and offer very good service. At reception Marleys was very good, happy and very helpful. The location and beach was excellent. Soft sand and fantastic beach. At this time the resorts did not have many guest. So quiet and clean. The only downside is the food and drinks. Very poor food.
