It was a good hotel, i loved my time there, the customer’s attention was really good and the beach was just amazing i loved it ??. I just want to come back and live this experience again and they just have everything so worked out, the transportation can take u anywhere and show u the wonderful Varadero!!!!

Although there is a lack of many supplies we liked the hotel we already knew about it we has a great time because the employees support You ,in terms of very good cocktails at the guajiro house with options for a very delicious sopon,the night entertainment is very good and varied different every night the child has fun with the clowns the sea is a great relaxant we did several excursións that we liked confortable room there is security in the hotel

Although we were on vacation for 4 days I funda the hotel to be very beautiful with incredible natural. We were impressed by the beach which was clean without algae. The maid treated us kindly changing our towels and not replenishing the water daily and the entertainment was the Best night. We loved rock with motorcycles the Food the island, the food was scarse but we came to enjoy

Go to another resort! Been home for 1.5 weeks now and just starting to feel better, stomach issues and flu like symptoms, the place is unsanitary, the food is poorly presented and reserved multiple times. plates are not clean. You have to search and find the best one. Coffee cups aren’t rinsed with soap, plastic cups are rinsed and reused. The pizza I was served was moldy at the a la carte. The bathrooms in main areas rarely have soap to wash your hands. Staff aren’t friendly, we did have a few good ones. The beach bar guy was amazing and went above and beyond. Carlos at the bar was very nice, housekeepers were polite. The rest of the staff, never smiled, looked bored when you approached them. The waitstaff and coffee baristas looked annoyed when you wanted to get a drink. Food again was awful, drinks were limited and they ran out lots. Rum usually only had flat cold or orange juice (tang) Worst experience ever! The beach was beautiful, rooms in upgraded area were nice, beds were comfy. Was hungry the whole trip.

Pleasant staff they provide very good service they help you they are interested in the service with whatever has a food theme we know it is cuba and we already knew great reception the best variety of entertainment with Cuban music in English the night time is even late
