Everyone here is wonderful. They do their best to make sure everyone is happy and having a great time. They are the sweetest people you will meet. I have met an amazing amount of incredible people includin...g Candy he is the best. You will have a wonderful time here with everyone and the views are amazing.
Horrific dump dirty and run down no A/C

Stay away. Was sent here when bella vista had an electrical fire due o bad maintenance. Arrived to a 6 hour check in. Miserable staff. staff that takes forever to check you in then they treat you like crap.... No service in buffet could not get a spoon or a drink of water they just ignore us like we are invisible. Complained to one of the 6 managers that were standing talking by the front door and not helping people check in, he didn't care. It is like Iberostar Laguna Azul does not want Canadians here, as all the Canadians from bella vista were sent here. People from other countries were sent to better resorts.
