I enjoyed my holiday at the resort, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. the service at the a la cart restaurants was excellent as well, especially two wonderful lady's Roxana &... Yeranis. I want to mention the 2 wonderful lady's at the pool bar Yesnari & Judith and there friendly helpful service. I would recommend going back as I plan to again.

We are returning customers. Love this resort, staff are so much like family. Thursday night party was absolutely amazing. Staff are very accommodating. No shortages of alcohol, food is amazing, 24 hour bar..., beautiful beach. Well done to everyone for a great job.

This being our 9th trip to Cuba and always stay in different resorts, this resort is one we will return to. All the staff are friendly with a smile and always willing to ensure you have everything you ne...ed. Not one day went by without out a smile, hello or wave from any one staff member. The nice thing is that you did not need to tip for this service. No staff expected to receive tips for their service. On a side not that impressed me was there was a manager who you always saw around the resort everyday ensuring things were going good. We saw him on the beach, in buffett, lobby, pool area, nighty shows, even helping bellboy with guests. He never walked by an employee without shaking their hand and giving them a smile. This manager has created a great work environment as you see it from the staff. He will also ask each guest how you are and says thank you! Our room was in building 19 and was perfect. Close to beach,pool, snack bar and buffett. Perfect location we found. All lights worked, hot water rain shower, toliet worked and ac was silent but worked well. We received 1 glass bottle of water our first day but it was not replaced. We drank water from bars and buffet with no issues. You can buy bottle water at store however for the big bottle was $6 CDN. Beach was amazing as it's Cuba. Always found chairs and palapas anytime of the day. The beach bar staff were amazing and kept you hydrated no problem ?? Food was plenty each meal. You always had many options to choose from. Breakfast always had eggs, bread, yogurt bar, and pastries. Lunch and Dinner you had your grill stations with fish or chicken. Had pork a few times. Pasta station was good and lots of mashed potatoes each day. Deserts were yummy with rice pudding, cakes, jello and ice cream. Snack bar options were hotdogs, hamburger or ham and cheese sandwiches. All was good. You did get a few fries during day when you ordered but not at night after 11pm. I enjoyed each meal we had and never felt hungry. If you like your condiments like ketchup I recommend to bring your own. They had salt and pepper. Entertainment was plenty and we enjoyed the nightly live music on the terrace and the show after. The entertainment team do a great job getting guests involved and are not pushy. Drinks had lots of selection and choices with never running out of anything you wanted. During our power outage Friday the lobby bar staff never skipped a beat using their light off their phones to still take orders and deliver drinks in paper cups. Resort has generators that were running and as a guest you would never have guessed the power grid failure occurred as everything was business as normal. Wifi worked well all over resort even on the beach! Overall if you want a quiet small resort with friendly staff this is your place.

Amazing staff, food the best I have eaten in Cuba, grounds are beautiful, beach is #1, pool is beautiful and clean. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Entertainment is fabulous, wide variety of actovities.... Definitely will return in the near future.
