Love his resort and staff!!

This was our 3rd time to this resort since fall 2024.....we travel often to many different countries but really enjoy it here. Diana is amazing at personalizing our experience with pre-made reservations a...t the many restaurants....we have had nothing but great experiences with the star prestige upgrade. This includes a beautiful rooftop patio/bar and dining area which has breakfast lunch and dinner. The servers and bartenders are incredible in the prestige area, including Roxanna, Javier, and many more....absolutely no complaints with service or selection of food and drink. The beach bar is amazing, cold beer, great cocktails and Dayma, Ernesto and Alexis make each day entertaining and fun! Check-in has always been flawless and we have been lucky enough to have our favourite room each time......house keeping is flawless with their timing, cleanliness and such sweet ladies......we always appreciate the cute towel displays. Alexander in the lobby is always there to assist when needed....very personable and helpful! We love it so much we are heading back next week!

Workers were extremely nice, no complaints about that. the food was terrible, bugs were always on the food, the food was always cold, and most of the time was stuff was either undercooked or overcooked. Th...e rooms weren't amazing but they weren't terrible either. The showers would stop working mid shower, and there was lots of hair left over from previous guests staying there.
