Ants everywhere in the room.food was really bad. People are super nice Wifi sucked. Front desk not very helpful but the rest of the staff are very nice. Great coffees. I don't think that I would go back even though the beach is absolutely phenomenal

Just came back 3 days ago from Cuba i have severe tummy ache n diarrhea so ao my 4 year old son. Ive travel before and know not to drink tap water in certain countries so i was careful with the water only drank bottle water and cold water that was serve in the buffet ..... but to be honest this place in very un clean there was flies everywhere in the buffet and birds flying in and out eating the fruits and bread that was there everyday the workers doesn't seems bother by this. The tables to eat and once i was them clean it with soap and water they just use a dry cloth to dust the cramps of the table they had a red table cloth on all the tables that was filthy on both side o remove from table every time i ate and a few days after i notice they remove it from all the tables but still never deeply clean the tables. I know i know cuba is in lack of alot of things but this is not safe i been back for 2 days and i have severe tummy ache and diarrhea have to be running to the bathroom. Over than that the place is beautiful especially outside but very very unclean.

Good and comfortable hotel to spend a few days in Varadero. The service is very attentive and helpful, the cleanliness is good and the food is delicious and varied. The best thing is the private access to the beach, the amenities and the aquatic services offered free of charge. It would be nice if the hotel could provide a transfer service to the airport because it is something complicated to solve in Cuba. I would repeat !

We have had a spectacular time, of course they have some deficit but something normal, they have wonderful workers, they will always take care of making you happy. We were surprised that there were such young students but they are very good. I remember a very friendly young man named Lasarito, Keyla, the worker who accompanied him very professionally, they always tried to make us feel carefree and happy. There was a young woman, I think her name was Naylen, very nice. In the lobby bar we met Boris and Gisell some fantastic people with a delicious coffee. We remind you all with joy.

Enjoyed our stay here in June, we’ve been so many times and love that the staff always remember us. Kind staff, nice rooms and beautiful beach! If you go at the right time in summer you can catch some awesome beach concerts here as well which really adds to the experience!
