Terrible experience

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025, the worst experience ever, we have traveled all over the world but this is horrible. The food was a disaster, we were left hungry, my family and I lost 5kg in 9 day...s, so whoever wants to go on a paid diet should come to this hotel, the food is delicious, the quality is very poor, the quality is terrible. The pools are too cold to be cleaned, most of them were not even working, the hotel needs a complete renovation and does not even deserve a 2*...! The service is a disaster, the staff is very unfriendly and everyone expects a guy to do nothing for nothing, for frowning and rudeness, the only bright spot is the beach. The sea is very cold in January, so I would not recommend people who want to swim to not go to the island during that period, especially to this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is at a modest level, it is obvious that the rooms are worn out and ready for renovation, everything is broken, screws are falling out everywhere... a lot of things are unsafe to use, especially for children!

We had a really nice vacation. The hotel has a beautiful view, it's big and beautiful, the children's activities are wonderful, thanks to the girls Dayana and Claudia for their dedication and beautiful wor...k towards the children, the shows were very nice, fun beach games
