Beautiful resort but had a few issues. No hot water in rooms 6 days out of 7 all day and complained multiple times to management and front desk but the said there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was s...ketchy. Pool bar was always out of ice even though the ice machine was in the restaurant 200 feet away. Nobody seemed to care.

This was our third time here and it’s amazing how the people remember you the folks at the front desk the lobby bar, the breakfast lunch and dinner areas everybody was so friendly and so wonderful. I’ll be... back here again because it was most enjoyable. The only issue I have to say is that we didn’t have any hot water for two days. There was something wrong with the boiler, but that was it great place to stay.

The bed was very damp like if I was sleep on a wet bed. The worst is that I had my iPods stolen from my room and when I told the customer service I would call the police they told me no no. Can’t do ...this They also told me the day before that they would contact me. Never happened

We stayed at the reserve area. Nice place.but is not five starts We enjoyed because employees are very nice and helpful . Yaidel is the best . Thanks for be present all the time to make sure that we ...have a great time. Food isn't good . Beach amazing The room was nice. We already miss you guys
