Such an amazing time! Food, atmosphere were fantastic. We’ve been to Cuba 5 times and this was by far the best resort we stayed at. Yayedly who worked in the buffet restaurant was amazing. We looked forwar...d to her wonderful smile and gracious hospitality. She always had a table waiting for us. She made our dining experience so much fun! We can’t wait to go back and see her again!

The staff at the buffet wouldn’t let my four year old take a single piece of bread out of the buffet. It’s not like she’s taking a whole plate of food out, it’s a single piece of bread when she has a stoma...ch ache (and she’s 4 so she wants to eat it in our room) oh and also they were allowing the Russians to take PLATES of food out. We are Canadian and it seems like we are second to the russians in Cuba (saw it ALOT). The beach is great, the room is great, the bartenders are great, the staff at the doors of the buffet are the RUDEST People I think I have met in Cuba. If you are looking for a resort where you can eat your food in your room etc this is not it. Last but not least, the last day we were leaving the big wigs or “corporate” were at the hotel so everything was extra clean, the buffet had so many different options(diff cheeses, pastries, meats, a mountain of roasted chicken) , the bathrooms didn’t smell….where was that service all week. We are the guests paying for the experience why only make everything perfect when your bosses are around. Been to Cuba 10 times (which I know is not alot, and now adays isn’t the best time to come to Cuba but was at least expecting it to be better then it was.
