this is a classy non party resort. weather hot, beach amazing, staff attentive . food great! plenty of buffet choices , a la cartes very good. no shortages of anything , no blackouts... soft music in many... locations day / evening. i am a repeat guest and looking forward to next time.

This is our third time at this resort last two times where before the pandemic, this resort is extremely clean and comfortable well maintained, the food is really good and lots to choose from and fresh eve...n though I have food allergies I never run out of choices, the staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful including our maid Rosana, the Ala carts are really good, they have the best beach we have ever been to, very clean calm ocean and beautiful ocean water so clear we are already planning our next visit to this resort there's just nothing more they can do for their guests

We were hesitant about going to Cuba due to poor reviews of other places and the ongoing food and power shortages but this place was amazing in all respects. The hotel itself is beautiful, even thought it ...is an older resort, and the beach is absolutely stunning. No issues with getting loungers at any time of the day at the beach or the pools. The buffet restaurant had an excellent selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the 2 restaurants that we ate at were top notch (our favorite was La Arcada where we had a 5-course meal with excellent live entertainment. Also, played 2 rounds of golf and there was hardly anyone on the course. We are planning to come back here again at Christmas!

Always a lovely time here. It is mine and my husbands happy place. We come here to Relax and recharge. Almudena the GM is amazing! Rey, Sales Manager , ,is incredible too! Mercy at the cafe is the best! A...lways so full of love and smiles Lewis and Frank are so tentative at the Level. Beautiful beach and hospitality! We tell all our friends about here!

Magnificent hotel located on the best beach area of Varadero. Perfect service, clean hotel and good food. I really recommend to join in the golf event that occure each Thursday. Thank you to all the staf...f member. I hope to be back soon in Melia Las Americas.
