Went to the Aegir Restaurant and was so happy to see the girls who were staff from RVic. They looked after us Old Boys as they always did in their own very special way. So glad they are doing well and ca...rrying on the good work. They are always welcome to come boating with us as always. The food was great.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. We had our own little patio garden and high vaulted ceilings. We had a full kitchen, which unfortunately ...we did not use but it was well stocked with pot/pans, utensils, and plates/cups. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The room was super clean and beds very comfortable. The only comment, which is not negative, is that the water temperature in the ensuite shower was hard to adjust. It took me a bit of time to figure it out as usually as you turn a single handle faucet, the more you turn it the hotter it gets but for the this one you only need to turn it a bit and wait for hot water to come. I made the mistake of turning it all the way and waiting but the water got colder. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent room, very good location and lovely staff. The one bedroom suite was fully equipped and met all of our needs. Was a relaxing stay and enjoyable. Was able to walk into town and not have to be... concerned for parking. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom lovely.

The Oswego is a small boutique hotel conveniently located near the harbor in downtown Victoria BC. We stayed in a suite on the 8th floor and enjoyed every luxury we had hoped for, including the fabulous v...iew from our floor to ceiling windows. The full kitchen had everything needed to dine in. We appreciated having a toaster for the locally made Mount Royal bagels we found while out and about. The hotel bed was comfortable and was dressed in lovely linens, and like the living room offered a beautiful view. While there we also enjoyed the in-house restaurant - good food and decent prices. We appreciated the availablility of underground parking, away from the elements, even though the week we were there, we experienced only blue skies and sunshine, crispy winter weather. This hotel and its restaurant are truly hidden gems in a city with lots of accommodation options.

The attention to detail and to make one’s overall experience restful was outstanding. Pleasant room with great view and comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchenette which included a dishwasher! Very cle...an and spotless room and hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great quiet and safe location within walking distance of sights. Restaurant was good serving wholesome food and even had a happy hour and entertainment on some nights
