Great hotel!

We stayed at the Oswego for five nights in June 2024 and loved it. We were in a rooftop suite with great views of the Olympus Mountains in one direction and Victoria Harbour (with seaplanes landing) in another direction. We loved the restaurant which is bright and spacious, and serves excellent tapas-style food which was great for us. The hotel is located in a lovely residential area in easy walking distance to the harbour etc. Very polite, friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Thank you, Oswego. We will be back!
Poor and noisy AC

Nice hotel, music in common area is too loud, room was too hot, air conditioner was too noisy to sleep with (it’s one with a vent stuck out the window) and didn’t cool the room properly, only one tiny window could be opened and so couldn’t ever get a good nights sleep, the bedding also wasn’t very breathable which didn’t help. Also has no gym. Apart from that a nice hotel with friendly staff, good amenities in the room just let down by the air conditioning
ALWAYS STAY HERE

Been calling Victoria my home away from home for years now and everytime I stay there this is the hotel I stay at. It is clean, friendly and has free parking for package guests. Only thing lacking is an in room safe. Other than that I will always stay here everytime I visit. Really love the separate bedroom
Lovely Oswego

Wonderful boutique hotel walkable distance to the heart of the city. Comfortable suites, friendly staff and wonderful ambiance. We were here in July, with temperatures hotter than normal. The lack of AC was not an issue as the plentiful windows supply an abundance of cool ocean air. This will definitely be our go to in Victoria!
Very nice. Clean. Great location

Decent construction, maintenance, and cleanliness. No AC so we opened the windows at night which got noisy at times depending on police and fire sirens. I recommend that you get a room on shady side away from streets if the daily high temperature is 75F or higher. However, the street and sunny side has view of Washington if on a high enough floor. The kitchen of our one bedroom suite had a normal-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, and cookware. Don’t leave dirty dishes, there’s a sizable fee if you do. There’s a normal grocery store within 0.5 miles. The hotel is tucked a couple blocks away from main noisy areas of tourism but there’s lots to do well within reasonable walking distance. There is underground self parking for low nightly fee. The hotel is a six minute walk from the ferry terminals. You could spend a long weekend here with no car at all really.
