The staff are super friendly and make us feel welcome every year. It’s such a cozy place you don’t want to go anywhere but stay at the Oswego hotel. Having coffee with the dogs in the lobby, and breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Aiger room is amazing. It’s the best food we’ve ever had. We look forward to coming back every year for an our stay.

Gem of a property just off the Main Street but very walkable to many restaurants and the downtown core. Dog friendly. Rooms are spacious, new-like and well equipped. Staff was friendly. Parking under hotel was easy to access and not crammed in like many other hotels.

The location is perfect - near the ferries, but on a quiet street. We enjoyed our large suite and bathroom and everything was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. There's a balcony with seating, which would be great in the summer. The hotel has a very attractive lobby and adjoining restaurant. We had breakfast there every day and enjoyed the variety of choices. It's dog friendly and though we didn't bring our dog this time, it was nice to meet the other guests' dogs. We would recommend it and will definitely return for our next visit to Victoria.

Great location. Easy to walk to the Fisherman's Warf, shopping, Royal Theater, Chinatown and the legislative building. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Spacious room and accommodations. Tasty breakfast and drinks. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Recommend.

Good smaller hotel that’s a short walk from the ferries. We enjoyed the lobby area and the small restaurant. It’s pet friendly which we actually don’t prefer. But the dog owners were respectful and rules were followed at all times. Would stay again.
