Great hotel and location for exploring Vancouver. We stayed here for 3 nights after our Alaska cruise. Didn't need a rental car - were able to walk to all the sights. The concierge (Rachael) was wonderf...ul and helped us with a few suggestions and tours. We LOVED biking around Stanley Park and going to Granville Island.

Nice hotel but a little bit away from the sights and shops in Vancouver. Room was sparce but comfortable with virtually no hanging space so we lived out of suitcases. It was also very noisy being opposite ...the main hospital so ambulance sirens on a constant basis.

Super friendly staff, near everything....loved the walk to Robson streen and easy acdcess to the beach and Granville island. Beautiful clean rooms, very accomodating front desk staff. I really can't wai...t to return! Thanks for a great stay

The Sheraton Wall Centre is my favorite Vancouver hotel because of the exceptional service from the staff. Paula and Sude welcomed us warmly at reception. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and ...made sure we were all set for the stay. The Club Lounge team is what sets the Wall Centre above other properties. Twinquel, Jenny, Billy, Carey, Aauyan, Polly, Bety, Alejandra, Fernanda, and the rest of the team put real heart into making the experience special. They look for ways to be helpful, pay attention to the little details, and work together like a real team. This makes ordering a drink a fantastic experience...on top of the fantastic views from the 25th floor. There's many BC sourced choices on the drink menu. Even if some of the options at breakfast and evening appetizers have been scaled back slightly, the service remains top notch. Rooms are spotless and have floor to ceiling windows. The unique architecture means that many of the rooms are shaped slightly differently, but the pictures on the website are accurate. They are sized nicely and everything is in good shape. There's many reasons to choose this hotel, including its central location, good amenities, and the warmth from the staff. This is why the Sheraton Wall Centre remains my go to pick.

Lovely hotel, great location, nice facilities, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a great IGA 1 block away which sells everything (except alcohol). 2 large b...eds in our room which were comfy. If you don't like heights, request a lower floor like i did. The 12th floor was high enough for me! Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was being told it is a 4pm check in which isn't great when your tired. Seems to be a common check in time.
