Adequate, but not great

The hotel was clean and check-in was prompt. However, I certainly wasn’t wowed by our experience. Rooms were adequate, but nothing special. Ice-maker on our floor was broken. The elevator needed repairs, s...o getting out of the hotel took a long time. What was really bothersome was the noise. Hallway noise was excessive and disturbing both in the morning and evening. While the location is convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this Westin.

Nice hotel, geared towards short stays. Evelyn at Breakfast was superb!! Cheerful, efficient and customer focused. Very short staffed at breakfast time, so long wait for the food and beverages to be se...rved. The manager at breakfast time was next to useless and offered no assistance to staff even though she could clearly see how busy it was in the mornings. Good breakfast choices.
