Not the same! Probably my last stay at this resort and I’ve been here over 25 times. Hotel is under-staffed at the pool and the food choices for lunch were not great and over-priced. Getting a palapa at t...he beach required one to get up at 6AM and wait in line for 30/40 minutes. I think they are changing that policy though. Hotel vibe changed, more weddings and a party atmosphere. Concierge desk had only one attendant at night. Front desk as well. Overall understaffed except at the bars and restaurants where they can sell you drinks/food. Didn’t seem like the family quiet upscale hotel it used to be.

Delicious food and drinks, beautiful property, staff is SO nice. Everything is so clean- from public bathrooms to the restaurants to the rooms. Beds are so comfortable! Every staff member we ran into remem...bered our names and everyone always had smiles on their faces. Multiple staff members went out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. 10/10 recommend, we will only stay here every time we visit!
