Maybe avoid if you're a Black Traveler

I wasn't planning to write a review, since I already contacted the hotel about this after I completed my stay. However, once I saw Charlene's post below, and saw that her experience mirrored my experience as a Black traveler at this hotel, I decided to change my mind and to warn other POC before choosing this location as a travel destination. The hotel is beautiful and there are good workers here, but there are also workers here that treat black travelers as if you're invisible. They will literally walk right pass you to assist someone or blatantly treat you as if you wandered there off the street and begging for change. It's sad that even on a vacation, you can't escape discrimination.
Nice hotel, crappy beach

Great amenities, rooms and staff. Lots of boats & water sports on the beach in front hotel which have ruined the beach. Water was murky & slimy & floor full of seaweed. If you are going to Aruba for the beach, this is not the place to stay.
