Stayed at the butterfly beach hotel with my family it was my second visit to this hotel and we weren’t disappointed the staff are brilliant in all departments rooms are well kept it’s a family run hotel an...d you can tell we spoke the owners at the Monday rum punch party they are lovely people I would recommend this hotel to anyone food in the restaurant was great also bar was good happy hour keep doing what doing because it works thank you for a great holiday

We had no problem except when we went to the Reef. My husband prefers diet coke and the reef doesn't serve diet coke, only coke zero, so he bought some bottles at the market. He and a friend went to the R...eef and ordered two drinks, but was told they couldn't have their diet cokes in their possession while sitting their. That upset them and they canceled their drink and left. Maybe you should adjust that rule? Some of the servers at the Reef could be more friendly. Other than that, it's a great secluded place. Very clean and beautiful views.

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and I wanted to confirm my reservation. I called the hotel and was put through to the reservation team and a lady answered the phone. I said I wanted to comfirm my reservat...ion please. I was met by a silence then ….go ahead…. Tone got worse…. GO AHEAD !!!!! I was shocked in disbelief at how rude she was. Imagine what it’s like when you arrive. I would never ever stay at this property

This small family owned hotel was just perfect and situated right on a white sandy beach. The room was comfortable and fully equipped, there was housekeeping everyday, it was was bright and cheerful plus g...eat views of the ocean . The hotel has 2 pools and 3 Jacuzzi's, plenty of sunbathing areas and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. This holiday was so needed and the Butterfly Beach Hotel made it perfect in every way.

We loved our 2 week stay at the butterfly beach hotel. Rooms was very spacious had a kettle, microwave, fridge, 4 electric rings and enough crockery for 2, our room was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady al...ways happy and chatty when we bumped into her ?? nice sized balcony. We never had a problem getting a sunbed and taking it onto the beach. All staff were friendly and happy to help. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant which served food that we really enjoyed. We loved the 2 happy hours for a rum punch each ?? We have already booked to go back next year!! We can’t wait!!
