Jalisa our hostess was fantastic!!!!! She made sure we were able to get the perfect table for our setting. She constantly came around to check on us and that was a heartwarming experience that I would neve...r forget. Anything we wanted to know Jalisa was able to provide the answer. So when you decide to go make sure to ask for Jalisa. Thanks also goes out to Keisha our waitress for making sure we were well taken care of.

Visited the hotel for a second time. Had a lovely break with friends and enjoyed the hotel and its prime location on the beach. There were a few niggles but all were sorted out once Mr Martinez stepped in... to resolve them. Hotel could definitely do with a bit of a spruce up in some areas and should prioritise this, along with some service refresher training, so that they can compete alongside other 5* hotels nearby. Big shout out to Shane, Jalisa, Tia and a special one for Simon (and his team) for his happy disposition, bright shirts and smiling face every day. The world needs more people like Simon!!
