We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandals Barbados. The beauty of the resort is that you get all the amenities of both resorts. The pools are amazing, the food was delicious, and we found most of the staff friendly. There are those that are just not happy, but for the most part… we approach with a smile and a greeting. The service provided my Miriam at La Parisienne was excellent. She loves her job and shared her story with us. Julie was another lady we saw at several places. She was always smiling and was a very hard worker. Although the resorts together are fairly vast, we found it felt like a small community. Our only complaint would be the slow service at The Greenhouse. We got our breakfast appetizer fairly quick, but we waited for an hour for our main dish. The food was great, but the wait was not. Overall, the resorts were stunning and we enjoyed our week.

Fantastic resort. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Not one went by you without greeting you. Latisha our maid was wonderful. Couldn't have had a better time. Highly recommend this resort. Food at all restaurants was 5 star. Must go.

Been here one day. Have been before, but my how it’s deteriorated! Here with family, no welcome, no acknowledgement upon arrival. I’d called prior to say I have mobility issues, this wasn’t logged. We ( husband and I) were given a complimentary upgrade which is lovely, however, the other four are in very poor accommodation. Hairs on sheets, safe that won’t close, mould in bathroom and questionable shower curtain. Dirty curtains and rugs, broken drawers…the list goes on. So, instead of enjoying our first day here, off we’re all going to meet with management. A great way to start a holiday. Grenada sandals, there is absolutely no comparison between you and here!

We have been to Sandals to several different resorts and actually booked this one last year so we were away for my birthday. We had been there a couple of days when my husband was taken ill and ended up 9 days in hospital!!! I was very worried as he normally takes care of me. I have Parkinsons and my mobility is bad. I told reception and straight away they jumped into action. They made sure I could get to the hospital,with food and drinks. I was taken to dinner in the e.evenings making sure I got back to my room safely. I do not know what I would have done without them. My husband was released from hospital still not well but thankfully home to carry on treatment in England. The treatment we had from everyone at the hotel was superb and I cannot thank them enough! Kimberley,Jack and Shannon were Angels. Thank you everyone xxxxx

This was my first time at an all inclusive. It was a wonderful time and I liked just about everything this place had to offer. The food was great in all but one restaurant. I spent most of my time at the beach, under an umbrella but the pools I visited were also great. Our room itself was ok. The AC was mounted right over an outlet and it constantly dripped, so that was concerning. The paint was peeling horribly on that wall. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom was really odd with a window that looked from the room into the bathroom. It had a painting to slide over it but it was really strange. The balcony was nice, ours looked over a pool. There are two complaints that I had. 1. our room was on a corner near some restaurants and well into the night, we could hear a lot of slamming of dishes and silverware. It felt like the entire resort’s dinnerware was washed outside out door. I don’t know how the plates withstood the amount of slamming we heard every night to, close to midnight. 2. Some sort of spray was used by housekeeping in our room every day and it made me sick. It came home with us and everything had to be washed several times to get rid of it. It was some kind of floral scent that was way over the top. Other than that, I was very pleased and would recommend it. I’d return tomorrow. ??
