I visited Atelier with my adult daughter earlier this month for a short 4 day stay. I have been to Atelier with my husband a few times but this was my daughter’s first visit. She was blown away! The resort... is beautiful, the food and cocktails are great and the service is outstanding. Daniel was our bellman on arrival and departure. His welcoming smile and kindness were a great way to start and end our trip. Oscar kept our room nice and clean and was attentive to any extras we needed. Aristeo and Enrique took great care of us at the main pool. Aristeo went out of his way to bring chips and guacamole to my lounger even though it’s not offered on the pool menu. Enrique is that guy who always has your next drink ready before you order it and offers bottled water when you’ve enjoyed one too many margaritas! This kind of service is what will have me returning time and time again and it’s why we chose this resort for my daughter’s wedding in January!

We have been going to Mexico for 20 years. Even got married in Mexico . This is THE BEST place ever. The staff is FANTASTIC , the food is AMAZING, and the accommodations are the BEST! We have been to Ateli...er 3 times and have 4th booked:) It is our Home Away from Home?? the staff make it that way … Gina, Marisol , Rafael, Andres, Carlos, Alberto, Evol, Jhordy, Irvin , Hiram , Martin… our friends in Mexico ??

A beautiful resort with impecable service and many great restaurants. Our butlers, Emmanuel and Cesar, went above and beyond at every turn. Our experience at Maria Delores was phenomenal. Truly, one of ...the best vacations we have ever taken. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed 4 nights in an inspira rooftop suite and it was a great overall experience. The room was clean, spacious, private, everything worked and it was all high quality with amazing views. The food at ...restaurants was also top notch with everything hot, fresh and flavorful. Service at the restaurants was excellent too, although I wish they wouldn't ask about food allergies 20 times a day. Once at check in should be enough. The one negative for us was the over-the-top butler service and the constant check-ins to make sure if everything is good. We kept the do not disturb sign on for most of the day, but we still got phone calls and text messages asking how we are doing and if we need anything. One message showed a picture of the outside of our door with the sign on to show that they came over to try to offer us something. It's as if they have to prove to their bosses that they are doing their jobs to meet the minimum requirement of asking us 10x a day how we are and if we need anything. The butlers also seemed to pop up everywhere we went to personally ask the same questions, as if they got alerted whenever we opened our door. The few times we did need something, like topping up the plunge pool for example, it was handled well, but even that required a lot of back and forth communication, when it could've just been done, we say thank you and that's that. And one time we asked for housekeeping and minibar restocking to happen in a certain time window, it was agreed then didn't happen. Housekeeper came early, minibar guy came late and was not aware of our specific requests, so we had to repeat it. So it seems the butler service is more about the appearance of constant helpfulness rather than actually getting things done. I realize that not everyone will be bothered by this. Some guests especially appreciate it and welcome it, but I think there should be a way to switch it off if it's too much. Maybe there is, but I just couldn't figure it out. I didn't want to be rude by telling them to leave us alone, thinking instead they might get the hint from the do not disturb sign. Next visit to Cancun I'll have to make sure to get a room that doesn't come with butler service, or pick a different hotel. It's unfortunate because everything else was so great.

Amazing stay at Atelier! The entire property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Our butlers Carlos & Leyner were so helpful and really made our trip special! We enjoyed every meal, had an incredible ...time at the pool and beach, and even enjoyed a guided bike ride outside the property. We can’t wait to return!
