I have stayed here twice, once on my honey moon and 6 months later we came back for my husband’s 30th with the whole family. This place is everything you can hope for in a resort. While I have never been t...o others people say they have been to others including sandals and prefer this place. Every single person on staff is compassionate and kind. Everyone goes the extra mile. They have poolside and beach side servers too! It is so relaxing, while we are young we ended up in bed by 10pm at the latest because we had so much fun during the day. From the basic package to the most expensive this is the place. They don’t different too much in what you get. My 60 y/o parents loved it along with the 25 y/o friends! They also have a great company on site where you can book excursions and not worry about them before hand, I have also used this company twice and I would not use any other at this point! They are reliable and friendly and adaptable and the boat tours pick up on the resort! We had inspira twice and Cesar& Emmanuel as well as Pingting and Aline made us feel incredibly special amd went out of their way for us. Lastly my husband is a chef and has worked for top restaurants in Atlanta and enjoys the food here! Which I have understood is not something that happens at most resorts!

This place is amazing. It has multiple pools, a spa, and everything else you could possibly want surrounded by incredible beauty. But what stands out is the service. Gabriel with concierge in particular wa...s outstanding. Would come here again and I look forward to it.

We cannot say enough great things about Atelier Playa Mujeres! This is our second trip back to Atelier, and I doubt we will ever go anywhere else. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The hotel is exceptional...ly clean and well maintained. Food and drinks are top notch. Great pools and amazing beach, what more could you ask for? Every single employee at the resort is there to ensure you have the best vacation you possibly can have. Shoutout to Alejandro and Oswaldo at El Detalle and Damaris at the pool! Our vacation wouldn't have been the same without them. Alejandro and Oswaldo are a special pair! We went back every night to enjoy drinks at El Detalle because of the amazing service and hospitality they provided. Atelier, those two are extremely special, especially when working together. When we asked to be "surprised", they made special customized drinks for us which showcased their mastered talents. I truly cannot explain the magic and atmosphere they create behind the bar. Damaris provided us with the best poolside service we have ever experienced! You can really tell she loves what she does. We made sure to sit in her section while at the pool because we could not resist her radiant energy. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing her attention to detail is. She remembered our orders, preferences, and catered to our every desire. Damaris is a true gem!! Ethan, hosting the pool entertainment/activities was such a cool guy. We had great conversation with him and loved his energy! Enrique at the pool was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable all day long. Ivan at Takeshi was such a kind soul, and we enjoyed having him as our server. I could go on and on about the amazing service and staff at Atelier Playa Muejeres, but it is something you must experience yourself to understand. From beginning to end, the quality/value/service is unmatched. Don't look any further and book your next stay here, you will not be disappointed!
