Well, just returned home from our 5 night trip. We had booked the Inspira oceanfront terrace suite but when we arrived we were “ungraded” to a two story suite. Unfortunately I was quite upset that we did n...ot get the room we had booked. I didn’t like the stairs and there was no privacy. It was hot up there during the day so we rarely used it. Kurt at the front desk was dismissive and kept saying upgrade but their are less of the room I wanted therefore it is more exclusive. I spoke with Javier at a different point in time and he was very nice and understanding, unfortunately they had very little to offer to be able to change the situation. I was offered a massage at the spa, which after being in the sun did not want. Our butlers Lazaro and Alberto were great and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Giesell and Evol at el cielo where also very helpful. Luis and Donovan were on top of it every morning at Mercado 19. Oscer and Victor at Suspiro for breakfast werr so funny and kind! Rodrigo at the mixology bar makes the best drinks!! We did Maria Dolores which was good also. We did finally get moved on the last day to the room we had booked which was lovely, just wish we had been there the whole time.

We have loved this resort so much! The food was delicious. Our very favorite was the Asian restaurant but all of the restaurants are amazing! The best sushi rolls, seafood and even the Italian was a favori...te! The pool is beautiful and the beach is so relaxing. Julio by the pool treated us like royalty!! 5 stars! We will be back!!

The resort has been amazing! We can't get enough of it. The beach is so blue and beautiful. The pool is big and clean and fun music every day! One guy at the pool is delivering hydration waters constantly ...for everyone. Also the best restaurant is the Mediterranean. My fave was the catch of the day. And Julio took care of me all week at the beach! We will be back!! Julio was the best. He goes above and beyond!

I've lost count of how many times we have visited the Atelier resort but once again we had a fabulous time. We request Aline and Victor as our butlers because in our opinion they are the very best of the ...best! They both check in with us on a daily basis and organize my special dietary needs in the restaurants, they are both wonderful people and represent the Atelier perfectly. Thanks to both. We ate for the first time at Maria Dolores and the food was unbelievably good, our waiter Christian was an absolute joy, very knowledgeable and a super smart cookie. Our corner suite room in building 3 was gorgeous, the patio is super quiet and peaceful, Lorena our housekeeper did a great job, very efficient and super sweet. Marisol was our turndown queen, we loved her too. We ate breakfast each day at the Consentida buffet, the service was top notch, thanks to Ricardo, Francisco and the manager Luz. One of our most favorite bars is Detalle (building 3 lobby bar) we have met many bar tenders there over the years, massive shout outs to Pedro, Daniel, Freddy, Liliana, Faustino and Jorge Patul. We look forward to returning again to our home away from home.

Julio is the best!! He was very concerned about how we were doing constantly! The food was great and so were the drinks. All of the workers here are great and so nice. Julio (at the beach) was very kind a ...helpful, always giving us what we need!!!!
