I enjoyed the resort. Most staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous but not all. The resort is a beautiful location.

My wife and I spent 14 days at resort and loved it. Great staff, super clean resort in every aspect. Amazing food with a world class buffet. Great enviroment for every age group. I would highly recomend this to anyone visiting Cancun !
