The staff we dealt with was fantastic. Our favourite buffett waiter Carlos Abarca, so kind and attentive. He offered the best service and should be promoted. A special shout out to Vanilly and Alfredo Gil as well. A big thank you to Luis Nieto for arranging birthday festivities for my mom's 90th birthday. Thank you Sheyla for decorating our room, it was a beautiful surprise. Many thanks to DJ Andrew for making my mom feel like a celebrity on stage. Thank you Esmeralda for giving us a great room. Fernanda from the snack bar, so kind and friendly, she should be promoted too. Sandra and Juanita from the bar, always greeting us by name and providing great service. Laura and Regina were awesome as well. Alex and Beverly from the photo studio for taking such great photos. I'm sure there are people I missed but everyone was absolutely wonderful.

Always a great experience at this resort! Staff is exceptional especially Antonio and Sheyla. At the buffet restaurant Alfredo, Carlos, Vanilly "Osito Cariñosito" and Alexander at the beach bar provided exceptional service. It's the 5th time staying at this resort and will continue to do so.

Had nice ocean front rooms with terrace. There are plenty of lounge chairs at the beach with palm tree shade. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Food was decent. Noisy at night due to proximity to the marina where party boats sail from.

This resort is perfect if you want to avoid the spring break-types and rowdy crowd but still want something exciting to do every night. The staff could not have been friendlier, and they reached out at every opportunity to be helpful, even with off-property excursions. I was super impressed with how good the food was since they have such large quantities to prepare. It was a bit of a hassle having to make reservations at two of the restaurants, but it was totally worth it. One especially was Mexico Lindo, where our waiter, Antonio U., was the absolute best! He took photos for us, helped us with our Spanish, and was super funny!
