We have visited Hyatt Ziva Cancun many times with family and friends. We always have a wonderful time and the staff is so friendly and the resort is always very clean! Would highly recommend! Sofia Gonzalez is a manager and is the BEST! One of the great things about this hotel compared to others in the area is the access to beaches on both sides. The restaurants provide a great variety of high quality meals and there is something for everyone to enjoy. My kids also love to watch the dolphins perform in the lagoon.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Ziva with grandparents, adult siblings, and teenage kids. There is truly something for everyone. The gym, pools and spa were outstanding, there was food and drink available every hour of the day, and the beach was spectacular with white sand and turquoise water. What makes Ziva so unique is the warm, friendly and outgoing staff, that would do anything to make your stay a success. We highly recommend Ziva to families of all ages.
