Surviving Hurricane Beryl...an Amazing Staff

We had our first family vacation in 7 years at the Hyatt Ziva and were so happy that we did. What makes the place truly outstanding is the staff. From the first person to the last, the team make you feel their warm hospitality. We were there during Hurricane Beryl and this amazing crew (from gardeners to concierge) come together to 'magically' prepare the hotel and its guests for the storm. Thankfully it largely passed Cancun by. This was a true testimony to the General Manager because undoubtedly the team worked overnight and tirelessly to make all the safety and comfort precautions possible. We would 100% return and recommend this Hyatt facility.

Great food for an all inclusive resort. Friendly staff and clean/well kept rooms. This is a great resort for families. Highly recommend renting a cabana. There were lots of activities throughout the day for kids and adults. The gym was great.
