Overall, it is good, but the quality has decreased since our last visit. I spoke to some of the staff, and they agreed that things have changed and the quality is not as good as it used to be. The buffet h...as changed a lot. They used to offer a seafood grill (made to order), but it’s no longer available. The food seems to be either reheated from the previous day or left sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. We stayed at the Club Tower. Premium drinks such as Macallan weren’t available until our last day (not sure why). The food at the club lounge was awful this time—left out for long periods with no replacements. On a positive note, the pools and kids club are nice.

We love the Hyatt Ziva Cancún and their staff! This was our 4th stay here. We will continue to come year after year as we have not found a better hotel that fits our families likes and needs! Staff like Fe...rnando, Guillermo, Eduardo, Angel, Rowan, and Gustavo at the pool bar have us coming back. Waiters by the pool and beach like Luis make this vacation memorable! Ricardo and Fernando at Habeneros were awesome! Can’t say enough about each of the waiters at the Restaurants. Each they remembered or drinks and enjoyed conversations. Staff at the Candy store and Cafe were second to none. They took care of our family of 7 like it was there own including our two young boys. We look forward to coming back next year and brining more families and friends with us. Hoping the rates stay at a reasonable price as there are many others to choose from, but none that have given us the same memorable experience from their staff. From the moment we arrived to the moment we made that sad drive back to the airport Hyatt Ziva took care of us. Looking forward to next year “Si Dios Quiere”.
