This was our 6th or 7th time to Le Blanc in Cancun, and it was just wonderful yet again. It’s nice when the overall experience lives up to your memories and expectations. Service levels, drink quality and... food was all top notch. Sipping on beers and tequila on the rocks, while eating chips and guacamole waiting for (excellent) pizza, overlooking the ocean is truly my happy place! Emilio at Yama and Bryan at Bella were super friendly (non judgmental when the 2 of us ate enough food for 4!) and helpful and made our meals at those places special experiences we’ll remember fondly until our next visit. Gilbert at the pool bar is an amazing mixologist and handled the busier waves without skipping a beat, and still remembered my specific drink order of the day … although to be fair that’s usually dos icebergs. And last guy you must meet is Hector who works the day time shift at the lobby bar, super welcoming, great suggestions and seems to wear a lot of hats around there and nails it all! Always love getting a farewell tequila sipper from him…it’s become one of our favorite traditions! If you’re reading this wondering if you should go…yes, assuming you want small, calm, relaxing vibes with outstanding service at every turn. Oh ya and hydrotherapy is a can’t miss, Angel lead me around to a truly relaxing experience.

Our experience at this hotel was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for — las atenciones fueron increíbles and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. A special me...ntion to Chef Marco Lopes Soares, whose personal touch, creativity, taste, and presentation left us in awe. We had the chance to try all the restaurants, and each one was a delight. Lumière, the French restaurant, was especially exquisite — a true highlight of the trip. We were also very grateful for the kind and attentive service from our butlers, Luis and Rodrigo, always thoughtful and professional. And Edgar Niebla, the General Manager, made sure every detail was perfect — cuidando cada aspecto con mucha dedicación. It was a beautiful experience in every sense. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Not sure where to begin. I had this trip organized with my sisters a while ago. We truly wanted everything, this hotel delivered that and much much more. From our reservation, personalized service, facilit...y, friendly and professional staff. This exclusive hotel is EVERYTHING!!!!! Let’s share a bit about the food, OMG is amazing, the seafood is fresh and each piece is finely cut and cook to perfection. All of the restaurants and chefs are so knowledgeable in the Cuisine and so rich in their gastronomy. Of course, I latter learned about their head and executive chef Marco Soares, who has an incredible culinary journey! A chef who make you feel especial through each of his creations. Again, best food ever, the drinks are on point. Love the Margarita with Aqua de Jamaica, especially by the beach bar! The SPA!!!!!! Best massage ever, my sisters and I had the Aura Massage (80 minutes) well worth it. I can’t wait to go back and also go to their newest hotel in Puta Cana (Moon….) 100% recommend this luxury hotel!

The staff are ALWAYS helpful and amazing, even when people are absolutely unreasonable. They have the most patience and are a true delight. The resort is gorgeous, the pools are perfect, and the beach is... a dream. Every meal was unique and tasty (the bread at Blanc Steak is insane!). The spa was incredibly relaxing and set the tone for the whole trip. We loved it and will be back!

The whole place is amazing. We spent a lot of time getting to know Raul, Daniel, Emanuel, and Hector up at the cavo bar. They really know how to take care of people and they will not allow you to have a ba...d time. These folks really were great. There’s a reason why we hung out there every night.
