Amazing food and service! Caesar and Axel were awesome at the back pool- super friendly and made our stay feel personal ??. The rooms are immaculate and the pools are amazing. Not difficult to get chairs. Loved every minute of our trip and will be back next year!

One of the best experiences we have had in cancun hands down. from beginning to end, everyone at the resort was helpful, charismatic and hospitable. We had an amazing time, special shout to some that we remenber their names, our butlers roberto and saul went above and beyond about every need we had, bar team Raul, Gilbertio, artemio hector, hugo just to name a few evwry single one took great care of us Thank you and we will be back

Le Blanc Cancún never fails to amaze us! The staff, service, food, drinks, spa and the beautiful hotel and beach are absolutely top notch! Special people to seek out include Chef Erik who made us the most delicious surf and turf meal, Manuel, a waiter at Lumiere who served us a beautiful French meal, Arturo a super special personal trainer in the gym, and Lucinda at the pool who works so hard to make everyone comfortable. Her afternoon cucumber and cold compress massages are the best! Our concierge Cesar made sure everything was perfect for us and our friends… and our butler Santiago couldn’t have been more helpful. Truly, if you are looking for an indulgent, luxurious vacation, you can’t do better than Le Blanc.

The rave reviews are mostly accurate. There are tiny details that detract from 5 star rating for us. Check in was smooth but we were given a room on the second floor, which I hate, so we were moved to the 9th floor. Someone said there are no bad rooms and while that may be true there is a bad location and we were in it. Watch for the rooms that are right by the elevators. Feels like you aren't even in the same hotel as everyone else which isn't the worst but it is by the service area and you will hear banging around early in the morning and even at night if others order room service. You will also hear the butlers conversations as this room is right near the desk. Minor but still something to be aware of. The bathrooms in the honeymoon suite are small with limited vanity space. They are not upscale at all, althought he blow dryer and the flat iron were top notch. The toilet is in the same room as the shower and the room is tiny. Mind you these days bathroom privacy is at a premium and the real door on the wc was nice. Sadly there are no balconies. The jacuzzi in the middle of the room is really just in the way. Other than these details the bed was comfortable, the pillows nice and there was lots of closet space! The butlers are excellent and will make sure you have what ever you want or need. The food is head and shoulders above any all inclusive, including cruise ships, that we have been to in the past. That said they didn't hit everything out of the park. Undercooked (read raw)lamb chops in Lumiere, strange interpretations of dishes in some of the restaurants and hit or miss at the buffet. I understand what they are trying to do with the custom stir fry but the raw chicken breasts are just off putting.They should keep the proteins at the cooks station, the chances of cross contamination are too high, I am surprised risk management hasn't stopped this practice. The service in all the restaurants, including the buffet, was top notch-the staff are not just well trained they are genuinely warm and friendly and we could see that they knew many of the repeat guests by name. The service at both the beach and the pool were also inconsistent. Somedays it was great, chairs were found for us and towels spread etc. Others we were hunting our own chairs, fetching our own towels, having to go up to the bar to get service started. To be fair once the bar was aware we were there service was good. The pool and beach service, both food and drinks, really set this resort apart! High quality glassware (don't underestimate this detail), proper cocktails, a good menu all make this one of the most luxurious we have been to and will keep us coming back. Overall with tempered expectations, as nothing is as perfect as 100% perfect, this comes fairly close.
