Reserved a room for my wife and I and my medical alert dog and explained I needed a handicap accessible room

We arrived Dec 25 2024 after waiting 2 hours at airport for hotel transportation to discover the room had stairs and platforms with no rails- an accident waiting to happen. We were forced to find other h...otel accommodations! We are still trying to get our deposit back.
Le Blanc is AMAZING

We started at the Sun Palace and then were offered the opportunity to move over to Le Blanc. We love Sun Palace but couldn’t pass the chance to experience La Blanc. Le Blanc was AMAZING! Oh my gosh the foo...d is another level. Our butlers Saúl and Roberto were great always so friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. Truly all of the staff is great. The breakfast buffet was good but the breakfast at the 3rd floor was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the French Toast but also try a few other things everything we tried was so good. We had lunch at the buffet or pool side each day it just depended what we were in the mood for and if we wanted out of the sun for a little while. The spa is top notch and definitely do the hydro therapy before your treatment it takes it to the next level. My massage therapist for both of my treatments was Celine (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she was awesome! I know Le Blanc cost more but the experience you have at Le Blanc is so far above what we would imagine it made up for it.

LeBlanc Cancun remains one of our top favorites. Throughout the week, it was the best resort experience we've enjoyed in quite some time – exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. Manny at the Italian Re...staurant continues to be one of the finest servers anywhere, with a fantastic personality and a genuine talent for mentoring new staff. Edgar, the Food and Beverage Manager, is equally impressive. GREAT job! However, be mindful of large groups. The resort becomes significantly busier over the weekend, which can alter the overall experience. Despite that, I still rate it a solid 5 stars.

Sitting on my comfy lounge chair by the gorgeous infinity pool with views of aquamarine ocean and swaying palm trees, you could be in heaven. This resort has so much to offer—a beautiful physical plant, te...rrific food with great variety, lovely service from kind employees, spacious and well-appointed rooms, a terrific gym and luxuriant hydrotherapy spa services. The food at the restaurants was gorgeously presented and almost all among some of the best I have eaten. At many other resorts, the wait for food can be extensive-not here. And they surprise you with delightful amuse bouches. The steakhouse has an absolutely divine beet salad and the Terrazo restaurant overlooking the beach incredible French toast for breakfast. The chocolate souflee at Lumiere, the French restaurant is the best I have ever had and my son makes a mean one. The Cancun beach has gorgeous turquoise water and you can walk or run along it for miles. Only downside is that most of the rooms don’t have balconies and it would be sublime to sit outside and watch the waves…

We had an amazing time at Le Blanc for our first vacation without kids! Our butler Eder and the others on the 4th floor were exceptional. Upon hearing that we love horchata, they had a batch made and deliv...ered to our room. Our favorite restaurants were Bella and Yama! The chef and managers came out to personally greet us after we gave rave reviews about the food. We visited the spa 4 times and had great massages from all, Angelica and Wendy were the best. Luisa was wonderful at orienting us to the Hydrotherapy features and making sure I had everything I needed. The bartenders at the lobby bar and Cavo were wonderful. We also appreciated the staff at the coffee shop. As coffee lovers, the staff entertained all of our questions about coffee and the machines used. Adi and Laura made for a great entertainment team and we participated in many of the fun games and crafty projects offered each day. After some trouble with out Palace Elite points, Public Relations manager, Mariana Mones, went above and beyond in finding a resolution and making sure we left happy and satisfied with our experience. We will be sure to come back to this and other Le Blanc properties.
